Description – A pilot to
provide an Outreach Service to engage with Gypsy Travellers, Irish Travellers,
New Travellers, Boaters, Showmen/women, Roma communities and itinerant workers
in the CCG area. The pilot Outreach Service will test the provision of some
limited healthcare, social intervention and direct, individual support, for
example, completion of paperwork.
