  • Halton CCG – AQP Ophthalmology - Cataracts Surgery
    • Description - The CCG is seeking to commission a Day Case Cataract Surgery service under an AQP model. The successful bidder will ensure that the service meets people’s needs for flexibility by ensuring that some appointments are delivered outside of normal working hours in the evening and weekends. The service must also be provided within the borough of Halton and any premises must be fully accessible to people with disabilities. Location and flexibility will both be key criteria in the evaluation of bids.
    • Length – 3 + 1 + 1 Years

  • East Leicestershire and Rutland, West Leicestershire and Leicester City CCGs – AQP Domiciliary Care CHC Services for Adults and Older People
    • Description - The purpose of domiciliary care is to enable service users to remain in their own homes, living as independently as possible. Service Users will principally be adults aged 18 years or over with additional health needs arising from frailty, illness, accident or disability. These people, without support, would have difficulty in maintaining a reasonable standard of life in the community. The service may also be provided to give relief to an informal carer. Services include providing: a) Non - complex general care including End of Life (Fast track) cases b) Complex care requiring some specialist knowledge or training to people who may suffer: • Learning Disabilities • Mental Health (including Dementia) • Physical Disabilities (including Brain Injury)

  • Bromley CCG – GP Direct Access MSK Physiotherapy Service
o    Description - The main objective of the Service is to provide musculoskeletal (MSK) triage, assessment and treatment for adults registered with and referred by a Bromley Clinical Commissioning Group GP. To ensure the Service meets local patients' needs across the local health economy including:
§  To provide front-end clinical triage of all Musculoskeletal
(Orthopaedics, Rheumatology and Physiotherapy) GP referrals
§  To provide Physiotherapy assessment and treatment for adults registered
with a Bromley CCG GP with conditions of musculoskeletal origin affecting
the lower back, shoulder, hip, knee and other conditions
§  To support the management of patients within GP practice by up-skilling
GPs through academic events, MSK Club and other ad hoc GP training events

    • Value – £2.3m-£2.4m
    • Deadline – 11th June for the ITT
