Adults (0 up to 25 years of age) Mental Health Services
Description - This is a new
integrated service for Children and Young Adults from 0 to up to 25 years of
age who have a mental health issue and those who are showing early signs of
mental health concerns. The service aims to in reach to universal services but
offer targeted and specialist services when required to aid recovery. A key
focus is to provide integrated and joined up care pathways. The service will
provide robust integrated MH Services for 0-25 year olds, including:
— Commissioning of third sector provision to provide some elements of targeted services;
— In–reach into Early Help/Primary care services (Universal Interventions and Primary Mental Health);
— Targeted care provision to include assessment, and brief interventions;
— Specialist care provision for complex case management;
— 24/7 Home Treatment service;
— In and Out of hours Crisis Resolution service;
— In and Out of hours Emergency Psychiatric assessment service;
— Place of Safety Sec 136 suite for 0 – 18 year olds;
— Bespoke Early Intervention team for Psychosis;
— Co Morbid presentations, where Mental Health is the primary condition and for those with:
— Learning Disability
— Substance Misuse
— Youth Offenders.

Support Service
Description - Hampshire
County Council is commissioning an integrated provision. This will cover the
eleven district areas within the Hampshire County Council boundaries,
provisionally grouped into 3 clusters or lots. The service will be available to
people aged 16 years and over, plus any accompanying children aged 0-16 years.
The Hampshire integrated domestic abuse service will consist of evidence based
service provision and will include:
1. Community based floating support and outreach services
2. Independent Domestic Violence Advisers (IDVA)
3. Dedicated support services for children and families
4. Refuges and accommodation based services
5. Move on and resettlement services
6. Personal support networks and group work

Description - The
successful tenderer will be required to provide day school nursery provision at
both Gloucestershire College's Day Nursery facilities located in Cheltenham and
Gloucester. Current annual turnover of both facilities is circa 500 000 GBP and
it is the College's key objective to operate both facilities on a profit return
basis to the College.
